The name Albi (”my heart” in Arabic) was chosen following the desire to cook and host from the heart.
The restaurant offers a happy middle eastern kitchen, with a touch of Greek, Turkish, south Italian and Israeli cuisine.
The cooking draws inspirations from sun and light, and uses local vegetables, olive oil, seasonal herbs, fish and fresh meat.
The cooking techniques are simple with minimal intervention, which define the middle eastern cuisine. In the center of the restaurant there’s an open bar and kitchen, and in the background the local music plays.
Lunch deals include traditional dishes from different cultures that change daily. In the evening you can enjoy the rich mazette menu that goes great with good wine and joyful music, in the restaurant’s taverna atmosphere. Albi was founded by Zion and Roi, a father and son that work as partners for business and friends for life.
They live for the art of cooking for over 25 years, and believe that food should be made with love, from unique ingredients and without arrogance. Their recipe combines the perfect trio of soul food, good alcohol and warm company.
