Cramim restaurant, led by the chef Sahar Israel, was established 15 years ago in the village of Segula.
The Be’er Sheva branch opened following the large success and demand of the original restaurant, and ever since it had been one of the top chef restaurants in Israel, that offers its customers an extra ordinary and refreshing culinary experience. The high-quality ingredients come from Segula’s vegetable greenhouses, olive tree fields and a private confectionery.
The fresh produce served in the restaurant represents the chef’s ideology for perfection. The atmosphere is part of the magic: rural elements, clean design, pleasant lighting and a breathtaking view.
The classic gourmet dishes which draw inspiration from chef restaurants worldwide is spiced up with an authentic touch. Cramim offers a breakfast menu, lunch deals, special smoked meat menu, event menu and a dinner menu with plenty of specialties, a true celebration of smells and tastes.
